To expand production capacity, the company purchased new model stamping machines and robotic automated welding equipment from 2003-2005. This is to meet customers’ demands for more accurate delivery, higher product quality and lower production costs. The company also improved the quality of on-site operating personnel by conducting personnel training and implementing 5S activities. On-site personnel were taught that “everyone is a QC” to maintain the stability of products. Thus, customers are able to feel the care that this company has taken.
