This company was established in 1998. Originally established as a professional washer manufacturer, 100% of its products were exported to the Americas. In response to international division of labor in recent years, the company has diversified its products and improved its manufacturing model to seek differentiation and increase its competitiveness. To expand production capacity, the company purchased new model stamping machines and robotic automated welding equipment from 2003-2005. This is to meet customers’ demands for more accurate delivery, higher product quality and lower production costs. The company also improved the quality of on-site operating personnel by conducting personnel training and implementing 5S activities. On-site personnel were taught that “everyone is a QC” to maintain the stability of products. Thus, customers are able to feel the care that this company has taken.
